JOB DESCRIPTION: Privately owned and managed, market rate Apartment complex located in the Shrewsbury and Worcester Area. We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician who is a hardworking, technically skilled individual with a keen eye for detail.

JOB DUTIES:

• Apartment Turnovers
• Light electrical, carpentry & plumbing/ heating repairs
• Snow removal a must (with our equipment)
• Preventative Interior/exterior maintenance repairs

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Work under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor but perform work independently in a timely manner.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in all phases of building and/or facilities maintenance and repair.
• Ability to successfuly multi-task in a busy , time sensitive working environment.
• Valid Driver's License required with reliable transportationand live within 30 minutes of the complex.
• Ability to provide excellent Customer Service to residents.
• Must be available for Roatating on-call schedule, emergency /on call situations.
• Well groomed/ Clean apperance.
• 40 Hours plus possible overtime.
• Able to lift over 40 lbs.
• Able to work efficiently to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
