Job description
The Hubbard-Radcliffe Community School District is in search of a 1.0 FTE 2nd Grade Teacher at Hubbard-Radcliffe Elementary. The successful candidate will join an experienced and passionate team with a great culture. We are looking for an educator with the following characteristics:
- Reflective about instructional practices;
- Strong ability to collaborate with other professionals;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues;
- Student centered;
- Data-based decision-making skills; and

Hubbard-Radcliffe Elem is located in Radcliffe, Iowa. Radcliffe is about 20 minutes north of Ames and about an hour west of Cedar Falls. Hubbard-Radcliffe CSD combines with Eldora-New Providence CSD to form South Hardin Schools.
