Gwynedd Manufacturing, a growing defense contractor located in North Wales, PA, is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility dedicated to producing quality products for the U.S. Department of Defense and various U.S. Federal Law Enforcement Agencies. The assembler’s job is to take items from manufacturing teams and vendors to produce final product in accordance with supplied Work Instructions. Performs all necessary quality checks encompassed within the Assembly Department. Packages final product prior to shipment as needed.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform all necessary Quality Checks within the Assembly department; Visual and functional (where applicable).
- Assemble and package finished product in accordance with supplied Work Instructions
- Utilize the ERP system as instructed by management to capture all labor and material transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet production and quality goals.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills.
- Basic computer skills
- Less than or up to 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
