Trachte Building Systems, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of steel building products and has immediate needs in the Door Assembly Department on our 2nd shift. Trachte Building Systems Inc. is located in the Sun Prairie Business Park. The starting wage rate for these positions is $20.75 per hour including shift differential. We offer a comprehensive benefit package.

Second Shift Regular Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.

Our Door Assembly workers perform a wide variety of work assignments including the following:

• Assemble various types and sizes of rolling steel curtain doors
• Operate cranes and forklifts to load and unload material to/from job centers.
• Operate roll formers.
• Welding various axle components when required
• Operate manual door table.
• The ability to read and interpret work orders and drawings.
• Miscellaneous manufacturing duties as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma, GED or equivalent. Minimum experience of one to three years prior Sheet Metal work is preferred. Must be able to operate an industrial power truck, work with various hand tools, fixtures and gauges, read and interpret work orders and part drawings. Prior computer experience in manufacturing software desired.
