WOW Logistics Loves Park, IL is now hiring for 2nd Shift Operations Coordinators!

WOW Logistics is seeking Operations Coordinators to carry out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner in an office setting. This front office clerical, team player position is a key resource to our customers, truck drivers, and warehouse employees. This position reports into the Distribution Center Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordination of all loads entering and leaving the distribution center
• Communication with customers, truck drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse employees via email, telephone, or in person
• Data Entry of inventory, creating invoices, and bills of lading
• Problem solving and quality control as requested by customer

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook
• Preferred knowledge in a WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Exceptional math skills with a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, and under little supervision
• Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Hours

2nd Shift: 2:30pm to 11:00pm Monday – Friday (overtime may be required)
