DESCRIPTION:
The Data Manager will analyze the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for contract and task compatibility resolving any conflicts; maintain and revise as needed a Program Directive (PD) to ensure the coordinated establishment and compliance of the data requirements; load the CDRL tracking tool with all required submittals; update and maintain the program CDRL submittal website; issue a thirty-sixty-ninety day data delivery schedule; review the contract schedule for changes to gating event dates tied to CDRLs as it progresses through the period of performance; accountable to maintain accurate program CDRL metrics and relay reporting to management and the customer; work closely with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and data owners to coordinate timely CDRL submittals; review the enclosure data for compliance with the data item description/contract requirements; draft and process the submittal letter through the signature cycle and post the data to the CDRL submittal website; and track CDRL submittals requiring approval to closure. In addition, the Data Manager will be responsible for reviewing and releasing all informally and formally controlled documents in the Product Lifecycle Management repository.

Configuration Status Accounting using appropriate tools and inspections to verify all serialization and configuration requirements have been fulfilled to close logbooks upon hardware completion. Conduct Status Accounting activities to monitor the relationship between the engineering design of the product and the actual hardware or software during the manufacturing build process. Ensure hardware is built to current engineering configuration. Verify all serialization requirements have been fulfilled prior to shipment. Prepare serial/lot record sheets and input them into the central database. Maintain serial/lot identification records for each serially controlled item. Input engineering changes into the central database. Facilitate coordinated efforts of Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality organizations. Ensure timely incorporation and proper documentation of engineering changes. Act as liaison concerning as-built configurations and serialization. Candidate will participate in Configuration Change Board meetings and will help review and analyze engineering change data and track open items to ensure completion of change implementation activities.

MANDATORY:
- Active Secret Clearance with 6-year background investigation.
- 2 years’ experience with Data Management
- 2 years’ experience with Configuration Status Accounting
- 2 years’ experience with Configuration Change Board (CCB)
- Familiarity with markings, formatting, and handling of documentation.
- Configuration Status Accounting experience using the Systems, Application and Processes in Data Processing (SAP)
- Experience in reading and releasing engineering drawings and documentation including bills of material.
- Proven ability in processing CDRLs in accordance with the Contract SOW, 1423s, and DD250s, and in accordance
- with the applicable Industry Standards.
- Experience with the serialization of hardware and Item Unique Identification standards.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access)
