JOB SUMMARY:

Verifying, recording, and payment of amounts due for goods and services for Paradigm Manufacturing, Inc.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

· Verifying amounts due to vendors.

· Recording of invoices received from vendors upon verification.

· Preparation and delivery of payments to vendors.

· Maintaining documentation of paid bills.

JOB KNOWLEDGE:

· Proficient using QuickBooks accounting software, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and email client software.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Background and experience in payments for goods and services.
