AKABA LLC. is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic part-time ABA Therapist/Behavior Tech to provide 1-to-1 home-based services for children diagnosed with Autism (ASD). The position pays $20-25 per hour.

This entry-level role best fits an organized professional who has previous experience working with children and individuals with disabilities.

Job Type: Part-time, flexible scheduling with consistent hours. Can build to Full-time.
Salary: $20-25 per hour

Travel Pay and Mileage Reimbursement based on policy.

We offer ongoing training and supervision to equip you in the field.

Hours are primarily weekdays and after-school (usually between 3-8 pm). Scheduling is flexible and based on your particular client. Some morning and weekend shifts may also be available.

If you are looking to complete your RBT or BCBA certifications, we can provide supervision opportunities to support your Career Advancement.

Qualifications for a Behavior Tech / ABA Therapist:

• Enjoys working with children!!
• Able to work 10-15 hours per week
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be timely and organized
• Able to work independently
• Able to communicate effectively

Key Responsibilities of a Behavior Tech / ABA Therapist:

• Work cooperatively under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Working with families for effective collaboration on client
• Data collection
• Implementing individualized behavior support plans
• Implementing skill acquisition programs
  
• Submitting all required paperwork in a timely manner
• Attending monthly case review meetings with their direct supervisor

Required education:

• High school or equivalent

Required license or certification:

• Valid Driver's License
