Account Coordinator - Facilities
Job description
We are looking for an Account Coordinator for the facility maintenance industry. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing on-demand service requests and scheduling preventative maintenance activities at properties across the United States. The Account Coordinator will be the liaison between the property owner or manager and the field service team who would comprise building trades technicians, custodians, landscapers, and other service specialists. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring service is delivered in a timely qualified manner and the property owner or manager is satisfied with performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming facility maintenance service requests
- Generate work orders to resolve facility maintenance service requests
- Schedule on-demand and preventative maintenance service requests
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team facility maintenance targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM and CMMS systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
