Our client is looking for a self-motivated individual who is eager to play a highly visible role within our organization as a Key Accounts Manager.

The ideal candidate has experience successfully establishing, building, and managing client relationships in the Enterprise Digital Transformation / Digital Engineering / Management Consulting industry. Responsibilities

· Develop, foster, and maintain strong and trusted relationships among key stakeholders, Sr. Leaders, and C-level executives within your aligned portfolio of accounts.

· Continuously seek to widen the breadth and depth of key decision-makers, influencers, and technical/non-technical end-user contacts by providing a high-energy consultative approach.

· Proactively identify and execute on opportunities to grow your existing account base through the sale of new and complementary services, as well as opportunities to upsell existing services to grow the existing delivery team base, either displacing competitor services or uncovering unmet needs.

· Ensure constant awareness of the client’s current and target state vision, objectives, and changing needs.

· Become a trusted advisor and conduit for collecting customer insight and providing associated input to delivery teams.

· Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of account delivery teams through regular team engagement and delivery status monitoring to ensure overall performance aligns with client expectations.

· Provide regular weekly account progress and status snapshot updates to VRIZE Sr. Leadership and Executive Teams.

Requirements

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an IT Account / Client Portfolio Manager at a corporate level (including opportunity mining, upselling, and cross-selling additional services).

· Experience managing accounts in the Digital Engineering/Digital Transformation space for a $1+ Mn annual portfolio with a Global IT/Digital Services/Consulting firm.

· Experience building successful and strong relationships with business stakeholders, Executives, and Senior Leaders.

· Experience working with clients to help with defining short/long-term plans while also helping to develop and implement approaches and roadmaps to achieve those plans.

· Experience establishing and effectively maintaining a high-touch/high-volume level of direct client communication, including outbound calls, regular meetings, text messages, emails, client office visits, and out-of-the-office social experiences.

· Experience with account financial management, including revenue and profit forecasting, staff-related forecasting, and making strategic decisions to ensure revenue and profit targets are achieved.

· Ability to bring conflict management and resolution skills to the table; handling associated client and team interactions in a positive, assertive, and professional manner while providing guidance and support to effectively resolve.

· Organized with strong time management skills; able to track and effectively manage multiple client accounts concurrently while balancing associated needs simultaneously.

· Willing to travel about 25% to cover the geographic spread of your client portfolio within North America.

· Must have an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with strong leadership and motivational skills, exceptional personal and professional skills, and someone who truly enjoys working with clients and understands the account management landscape.

· Master’s degree or higher required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
