The Opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role of the Account Manager is to:
Drive and support territorial sales growth
Develop a diversified customer network in all agri-food and pharmaceutical segments of a given territory
Promote Foodarom by participating in various commercial activities (e.g., trade shows, symposiums)
Ensure good communication with the various technical and operational departments of Foodarom and GN
Proactively communicate any territory changes to the management team
Respect and participate in maintaining the company's food safety values in relation to the quality system and standards in place (HACCP / SQF)
Partner with Glanbia Nutritionals sales team to identify and prioritize cross-selling opportunities
Adhere to GMP
Support customer service and accounting for all problems related to the territory's customers
The sales territory covers the following areas: Colorado, Utah, Montana and Wyoming

The Skills you will bring to the team

University degree in Food Chemistry, Science, Business Administration or equivalent
Proven track record of full sales cycle and client relationship building
Experience in the food industry essential and flavor industry preferred
Computer skills (MS Office, CRM)

Compensation
Compensation for roles at Glanbia varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in CO. This range may not be applicable to other locations. The annual salary for CO based employees for this role is $84,000 to $140,000.
