ACCOUNT MANAGER
ABOUT SURFACIDE:
Surfacide is an established and expanding med-tech company. Surfacide’s Helios System uses multiple UV-C light towers after manual cleaning to simultaneously achieve low-level disinfection, killing vegetative bacteria, some fungi and viruses (including SARS-CoV-2).
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Account Manager is responsible for collaborating with the RSD’s in the assigned territory, the implementation and ongoing training of Surfacide following the initial sale and will serve as the client’s long-term point of contact. In this role, you will monitor the client’s use of the system, identify and act on sales opportunities for expansion systems and trade-ins, educate and promote Surfacide products and services, drive increase usage within the existing customer base, and maintain client satisfaction
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform business and clinical workflow analysis for implementing our solution in healthcare and make informed recommendations regarding effective and efficient use of product features.Collaborate directly with Regional Sales Director(s) to coordinate aspects of system implementation during evaluations and sales installations, while onsite with the customer and project team.
- Organize and convene regular workgroup meetings throughout implementation and post installation to present and review project activities, establish deadlines and keep project on track
- Lead (QBR’s) Quarterly Business Reviews with existing customers to review utililization and identify opportunities for additional sales within current client base
- Maintain compliance with SURFcare coverage renewals at 80% or higher for assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain existing client relationships at all levels of the hospital organization while serving as the main point of contact following the initial sale
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Surfacide’s training curriculum, best practices and recommendations for use of the system
- Coordinate and lead staff training:
- Perform super-user and staff training for implementations and trials
- Develop and perform on-going training support programs customized for individual customers to assist with new staff training and/or refresher training.
- Develop and coordinate training sessions for new module and upgrade rollouts.
- Maintain knowledge base of recent and planned product development and enhancements to communicate to customers.
- Educate and inform hospital stakeholders (C-Suite) regarding the benefits of Surfacide, thus increasing the number of systems adopted and the utilization of those systems
- Keep customers informed on new software enhancements and product capabilities to drive adoption and customer satisfaction
- Perform analysis of the healthcare facilities needs and formulate recommendations and best practices and placement for the use of Surfacide
- Analyze customer usage of Surfacide system to maximize utilization and work with other Surfacide team members to develop an action plan for increasing the utilization of the system.
- Ability to tailor Surfacide’s promotional message based upon knowledge of the customer, advise on appropriate use of the system, distinguish Surfacide products from those of Surfacide’s competitors
- Maintain and monitor customer profile in CRM software; actively document all communication with account including key contacts, use of the system, service contract renewals, trainings, and key meetings
Who we are looking for:
- Regional Travel will be required (50% or more w/ overnights)
- Vaccination is required for entry into numerous hospitals and maintaining current vendor credentialing will be a requirement in order to fill the job duties associated with this role.
- You are independent, take ownership over new challenges, and are driven to your metrics
- You are competitive and proactive with an aptitude in communication, collaboration, and strategy
- You have a positive attitude, passionate about the Surfacide mission, detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
- You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- You are well-organized and versed in CRM documentation
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in healthcare is a plus
