FellowshipLife, is seeking a full-time Accountant. Reporting directly to the Senior Accountant, and as a key member Finance team, you will support financial and operation functions for several communities. The two site locations are in Whiting and in Woodstown, New Jersey. Each location has a Finance office that is established as a base of financial operations.

Selected Duties:
*
Assist with JE and analysis for month-end closing

*
Track capital expenditure and maintain data in Sage Capital Management Software

*
Maintain amortization process monthly by keeping track of census changes

*
A/R monthly reconciliation

*
Provide back-up support to AP and Payroll

*
Prepare state tax returns and NHA100 reporting

Qualifications:
*
Experience in account reconciliation and analysis, general ledger journal entries,

*
Prior experience in public accounting, a plus

*
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another related field

*
Knowledge of accounting software

*
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong use of Excel

*
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
