As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Accountant/Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry and a proven track record of success in accounting and executive assistant roles.

Job Description:

As an Accountant/Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in our organization's success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the company's finances and accounting practices, including cost accounting, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable
  • Utilizing QuickBooks and other related accounting software to manage company finances
  • Streamlining processes and systems within the organization to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Providing administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting or executive assistant roles, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting and payroll practices
  • Experience with QuickBooks and other related accounting software
  • Ability to streamline processes and systems within a growing organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
