Ws are seeking a dynamic and driven Accounting Clerk to join us. As an Accounting Clerk, you'll be a crucial part of our team, helping us manage our finances and ensuring we can continue to help businesses grow their online presence.
What we're looking for:
- A detail-oriented individual who loves working with numbers and data
- Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
In this role, you'll assist with various accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and bookkeeping. You'll have the opportunity to work with a team of talented individuals who are passionate about their work and committed to helping Drive Social Media grow.
Role Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred, may substitute 3 years related work experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You must be open to more of a transactional role and be an excellent communicator.
Job Duties/Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft products; advanced-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Quickbooks (QBO) experience preferred.
- Receive and record Account Receivable payments.
- Prepare, verify and process Accounts Payable
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings.
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll.
