Job Duties
- Provides accounting support for all Black River Entertainment companies.
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and chargebacks, reconciliation, bank deposits, general ledger postings, month end processes and credit card statements.
- Track all revenue statements and examine for accuracy.
- Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reporting to company and department heads as assigned.
- Ability to expand job responsibilities as position grows.
- Special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
- 1-2 years accounting experience. Label experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, including pivot tables.
- Experience with Great Plains or similar accounting software preferred.
- Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Well organized with exceptional time management skills.
This is a full-time 40 hour per week non-exempt position.
