What you will be doing

• Shifts will be Monday - Friday, either 7:30 - 4:00 or 8:00 - 4:30
• Must have exceptional mathematical and computer skills
• Process all direct bills after checkout (currently 421 less than 30 days old)
• Collection process of all direct bill accounts
• Process and track all tax exemptions for the direct bill accounts (thousands in a year’s time)
• Building individual direct bills in the PMS system
• Track the transient check out with balances report and collects the amounts due
• Processes the outgoing mail on a daily basis
• Answers phones on a daily basis assisting guests with questions about charges they incurred during their stay
• Processes advance deposit refund
• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
• Conducts him\herself (acts and dresses) professionally at all times; sets standards for all associates.
• Physical requirements include a Minimum lifting of 20 pounds. Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity. Hearing, writing, typing. Minimum pulling of 20 pounds.
• Other duties may be assigned.
