Accounts Payable Administrator

Stabilit America of Moscow, TN, one of the nation’s leaders in the production of reinforced fiberglass panels, has immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Administrator. Responsible for but not limited to: assembling, verifying, and processing plant payables, prepare month end journal vouchers related to the A/P process, maintain requisition log and process purchase orders when approved, process raw material PO’s and receivers and track and reconcile petty cash accounts. Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills required. Accuracy and timeliness of tasks are essential. Proficient in Excel, highly organized and willing to be a part of a successful accounting team a must. Candidate must have strong understanding of the accounting process with a minimum of five years of experience in processing Accounts Payable in a progressive accounting office.
