What does a role as an Accounts Receivable Analyst look like?

  • Pulling and recording payment detail from customer portals
  • Review payment discrepancies
  • Code/Log all customer chargeback and process vendor billing
  • Accurately maintain chargeback log to ensure all billing and chargebacks are valid and properly coded
  • Payment/Deduction disputes
  • Handle Customer Issues politely, efficiently and promptly
  • Handle all routine and non-routine Customer Complaints
  • Assure that all problem issues are in process of being resolved and contact has been made with the requestor
  • Product issues: pricing, availability, upc codes, case packs
  • Document and retain any communication regarding a given issue
  • Special projects and other tasks that may be assigned as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must possess a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in order to meet monthly deadlines
  • Must have the ability to function in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to multi task
  • Must have good organization skills
  • Must have good data entry skills and be proficient in Excel
  • Must have good attendance
  • Must have positive attitude and ability to work well with others
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to adjust to an given situation and/or personality
  • Must be a team player and willing to help out with any task or in any area outside their normal work requirement
  • Must have good data entry skills
  • Must have knowledge or Windows and a comfortable zone in learning new systems as a tool to perform daily functions
