The Accounts Receivable Credit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the credit/collections team of MH Equipment Company.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day schedule of the collection team.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable collection process to reduce DSO and minimize bad debt.
- Oversee the implementation of the Bill Trust collection platform.
- Supervise and/or train the collection team for efficient and effective collection results.
- Take the lead on escalated AR issues.
- Supervise the credit approval process for new and existing customers.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related business major.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with sensitive customer data in a professional manner.
- At least 3-5 years of relatable collection experience.
- At least 3-5 years of relatable supervisory experience.
- Strong written and business writing skills.
- Highly detailed oriented and good working knowledge with MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Analytical skills.
Working Conditions: Employee is expected to work forty hours per week plus whatever time is required to accomplish the goals of the position. This is a salaried, exempt position.
