- Respond to emails sent to the AR boxes from customers and sales reps.
- Portfolio consists of High Profile customers. Large School Systems. BID customers.
- Provide consistent follow up with customers with balances in excess of 90 days.
- Process customer credit card payments as requested
- Work with sales rep to resolve PO issues related to order changes.
- Develop a process for handling the large school systems within their portfolio. Documenting these processes.
- Provide monthly updates to the reps for their respective portfolio
- Provide backup to the AR Collections Supervisor as needed
- Provide recommendations to the AR Collections Supervisors for accounts that may need to be deemed uncollectible and sent to a 3rd party agency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently Ability to multi-task Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent Math Skills Above average knowledge of Accounting High level of attention to detail, especially within large amounts of data. Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite products
2+ Years of B2B Accounts Receivable or Collections Experience with AS400, JD Edwards, SalesForce is required
