ServiceMaster by ORC is an established emergency mitigation service company specializing in water, fire, and mold damage as well as turnkey reconstruction. We have been serving Arizona for over 12 years; we have the largest territory of all Arizona ServiceMasters and we continue to grow!

We are looking for an honest, hard-working, service-focused Accounts Receivable Specialist to provide financial, administrative and clerical services by processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data
• Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Skills

• Must be detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, self-motivated, positive, and a team player.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Intermediate working knowledge of office software applications (Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to research and resolve general ledger accounting issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
