Job Duties:
- Develops memos, letters, spreadsheets, and other document as required
- Participates in the workers compensation claims process and OSHA reporting processes
- Coordinates meetings and schedules conference rooms
- Answers telephone and assists customers as needed
- Reviews and distributes mail and e-mail messages
- Responsible for the employment application process at the location
- Orders supplies and uniforms
- Runs reports as needed
- SAP input and reports/payroll
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Secretarial knowledge, administrative knowledge, and PC knowledge
- Problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer proficiency and aptitude in numbers, P&L spreadsheets, and accounting
- Able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks
Knowledge or Preferred Skills:
- One year of administrative experience
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently (34%-66%) required to sit, walk, and stand.
- Occasionally (0%-33%) must climb and lift less than 10 pounds.
