Administrative Assistant

Arizona Rain Gutters and Shade Experts is currently searching for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is one of the most integral positions on our team. We are the leading installer of rain gutters in Arizona, providing services to homebuilders, homeowners, and general contractors. We have a casual (no ties or heels required) environment but make no mistake, we work hard and hold ourselves to high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Follow-up on incoming leads in a professional and timely manner
  • Schedule homeowner appointments for our sales team
  • Create new work orders in our system
  • Manage incoming Sales and General Info calls
  • Distribute product and warranty information
  • Compile and report weekly sales metrics (appointments, new work, leads)
  • Field customer questions and information requests
  • Address customer concerns as they arise,
  • Develop relationships with customers, including builder and GC superintendents.
  • Various other administrative activities

We are looking for a person that is…

  • Detail oriented
  • Dependable and can be counted on to be there day in, day out
  • Has a high energy level that thrives in a fast paced environment
  • A task master, that can shift between tasks effectively
  • An effective communicator in all mediums that “answers the phone with a smile!”
  • Relentless in following up on outstanding items
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office) products. Experience working with a CRM is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a similar capacity (Sales Support, Customer Service Rep, Appointment Setter, Data Entry)
  • Familiarity in working with homeowners, builders and/or GCs
  • CRM knowledge and understanding (e.g. Bolt, SharePoint, etc..)
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.…
