Elite Care at Oatfield Estates is looking for an outgoing and driven individual to become our Administrative Assistant.
Summary of Position:
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for assisting Human Resources with recruiting and keeping staffing levels to acceptable standards for all positions for two shifts (day and NOC) for our resident care facility’s ten house model. This position will work with Managers to schedule staff and coordinate coverage among the houses for vacation, medical leave and call outs, as well as assist with new hire orientation, onboarding and training. Additionally, this position will assist Marketing and Management with sales, tours, and other administrative assignments and projects as needed.

Recruitment
New Hire Orientation, Onboarding, and Training
Assisting Human Resources Manager with special projects, state audits, etc.
Coordinates and attends job fairs, and outreach programs
Ensures EEO/EOE Compliance
Assists Marketing and Sales team as needed
Reception; covers main reception area, answers and routes phone calls appropriately, greets all visitors with a smile
Schedules resident transportation
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, with flexibility to work overtime as needed, including on occasional late evening, and/or weekend days.
Basic knowledge of federal and Oregon law, rules and regulations, especially as they relate to recruiting and interviewing practices.
Must have good decision making ability, but know when to ask for help.
Ability to follow rules, policies and procedures, as well as ability to explain them to employees.
Must have an upbeat, positive attitude with a smile on face and in voice.
Must have excellent customer service, willingness to help others and “can do” attitude.
Represent the Company with professionalism at all times even under pressure.
Excellent MS Office products experience.
Must have excellent organizational skills.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Must be able to multi-task with the ability to prioritize and adapt to change in a fast paced office
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; professional correspondence (i.e., email, memos, job descriptions, etc)
Keep the work area organized and tidy.
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have valid Oregon driver license with acceptable driving record for insurability purposes
Must love, respect and value Elders
Required Physical Ability

Able to work at a desk for long periods of time
Able to walk short distances several time per day
Able to drive between facilities as required for job (Fanno Creek-Tigard and Oatfield Estates- Milwaukie)
Able to run an occasional errand on behalf of the Company
Able to lift 25 lbs
