Everybody’s Got A Project is focused on providing materials for all of our customer’s home projects from flooring, appliances, countertops, cabinets, bathrooms, patios to home theatres. Job Details

  • Full-Time
  • Hours: 8am – 5pm; Monday – Friday

We are seeking a motivated, highly energetic, and driven individual to join our team. This position requires you to have great communication skills, outgoing personality, professional appearance, ability to interact positively with customers and have an overall good salespersonship. You will engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service. You will utilize product knowledge to educate, inform, inspire and encourage customers.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner and ensure a high-level of service and attention at all times.
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a polite and courteous manner, to assist customers, contractors and designers as needed and to respond to questions.
  • High level of administrative responsibilities to included filing, data entry, appointment setting, and organizational systems to promote efficiency and effective services for the company.
  • Accept and process sales transitions and input accurate information into the Point of Sale (POS) system on a daily basis.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and care to ensure a wholesome environment is presented to visitors and guests.
  • Assist customers with loading products, receive shipments and be able to organize product displays (must be able to lift more than 50 pounds)
  • Assist with order management: creating Purchase Orders, placing orders, and coordinating customer pick up and deliveries
  • Promote general business development
  • Other duties assigned

  • Must be able to pick up a minimum of 50lbs
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
