What you’ll be able to do:

  • Crafting agendas & Scheduling prep sessions if needed
  • Creating supporting documents, providing content
  • “Driving” screens
  • Documentation
  • Documentation storage & Documentation communication (sharing links, etc.)
  • Recording (crafting pause in daily work)
  • Program Support: Help with daily tasks assigned from management & Support Demand Managers as needed
  • Communications: Processing announcements appropriately per Ford Guidelines
  • Presentations: Help crafting Ford standard slides as needed
  • Bulk Mail Admin: Creating and maintaining Bulk-Mail distributions lists
  • Expenses/Travel: Create expense reports & travel requests
  • Newsletters:
  • Capture weekly newsletter data from multiple sources
  • Build newsletter templates
  • Distribution management
  • WebEx Recording
  • Record session upon request using Camtasia
  • Uploading recordings
  • Distribution management
  • SharePoint
  • Admin Role
  • Build folder structure
  • Access maintenance

The minimum requirements we seek:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 9+ years of experience with software systems and processes.
  • 9+ years of experience resolving complex issues on their own or with help from their Network.
  • 9+ years of experience with the following duties:
  • Schedule Management
  • Scheduling program wide meetings
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Coordinating urgent, last-minute meetings
  • Working with senior level executive admins on coordination
  • Scheduling lunch and learns, events, panel interviews, etc.
  • Meetings
  • Program Level Meeting Prep (Prioritization, Tech Council, All-hands)
