OFFICE ASSISTANT (ENTRY-LEVEL) (ADMINISTRATION)

Responsibilities:

  • Various office support tasks
  • Retrieving and editing company records, documents and reports
  • Communication with clients via phone and email
  • Organizing incoming mail
  • Prepare important documents for reporting
  • Completing various administrative routine tasks following a set of processes
  • Begin to learn the rules and regulations around retirement plan administration

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma
  • 0-2 years of experience in an office setting (ENTRY-LEVEL ROLE)
  • Allow background check
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Communication & organization skills
