Job Description:
As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for knowledge and operation of office productivity systems. Must have experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) in the performance of duties to include preparing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. Performs records management function, generates and tracks travel requests and personnel actions, arranges meetings and conferences, and provides administrative and clerical support.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an Active Security Clearance level Secret
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience performing administrative support, report preparation and publication, word processing, and basic cost data management.
- Educations (one of the following):
- High School or GED with 4 years of relevant experience performing administrative support, report preparation and publication, word processing, and basic cost data management.
- Associate degree with 2 years of relevant experience performing administrative support, report preparation and publication, word processing, and basic cost data management.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Qualified Typist
- Microsoft Office
- Office Management
- Scheduler
- Defense Travel Systems

JSL has a variety of work environments depending on the specific job and not all environments will be the same for all jobs. Security Clearance:
