Job description

We want a person like you, friendly, responsible, with initiative, concentrated, who attends office administration tasks. Someone who likes to work in an efficient and dynamic environment.

Must be familiar with general office duties, including but not limited to, assisting in answering phones, AR and AP, customer service, scheduling of repair jobs and maintenance customers, billing, monthly AR statements, processing credit cards, etc.

Must have experience with Quick-books, Word and Excel and be tech friendly.

Successful candidate must have own vehicle transportation to and from work, be on time and dependable.

Benefits:

Above average hourly pay plus Medical paid 50% by company, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance benefits available after 60 days.

Vacation 1 week after 1 year, 2wks after 2 yrs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
