Duties: Assist with Pennsylvania Steel’s back-office functions, including:
- Field incoming telephone calls and direct accordingly.
- Process accounts payable invoices.
- Process customer credit card transactions.
- Ensure office supplies and office equipment are maintained.
- Print UPS shipping labels.
- File completed sales orders and purchase orders.
- Assist Sales, Purchasing, Accounting and Operations teams as needed.
- Other duties as required.
Experience and Skills:
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong mathematical/analytical skills.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must be well organized and detail oriented.
- Must be able to multi-task as required.
- Ability to manage time and priorities to be able to complete all daily functions with little direct supervision.
