Stonehenge Senior Living Full Time Administrator Assistant Needed
Will be responsible for answering all telephone calls, greeting & directing visitors, filing and maintaining records. This is a computer intensive position, knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs are a must (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc...). Must be a bright and cheerful personality to greet visitors and answer frequent phone calls.
REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge in Microsoft & MS Office, knowledge of printer and fax machines, Ability to lift 40-50 lbs, ability to multitask, be reliable and punctual. Must be very organized, able to switch to new tasks frequently, and able to work independently. Clean background with no felonies and ability to pass a drug test. Ability to start immediately.
