We are searching for a polite, professional, and detail oriented administrative assistant to work closely with other team members. This hire will be assigned the following tasks:
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Organize and enter both sales data and vendor expense data into the associated databases.
- File payables support documents.
- Pull, organize, and prepare all point of sale requests for shipping via UPS Ground.
- Help to answer incoming calls and either process those calls are forward them.
- Schedule all outbound freight shipments for pick-up.
- Process and file support documents for both out-bound and in-bound freight shipments.
Customer Support Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- More education or experience is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Proficiency with computers, especially with cloud based software applications, and strong typing skills.
- Ability to ask supportive questions.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and decision making skills.
- Adaptability and accountability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
