Duties include assisting with workers' comp, reconciling healthcare facilities' invoices, ordering supplies, organizing events and scheduling travel arrangements. Hours
Monday - Friday; 8:30a - 5:00p (flexible)
Responsibilities
Work closely with Risk Manager
Ordering materials for all offices and distributing
Assisting with Marketing
Keeping track of travel arrangements
Event planning
Experience/Education
Competent computer skills including Excel
Experience in customer service
Reliable transportation
Bilingual in Spanish
