Duties
- Provide timely, accurate and professional administrative and secretarial support to the office, program and regional staff.
- Coordinate use and payment for off-site meeting locations. Schedule on-site meeting rooms as needed. Set up and clean up for meetings as needed.
- Facilitate information exchange within LFCS central administration as needed.
- Responsible for routine file maintenance, including scanning documents and uploading to Apricot for direct staff as needed.
- Maintain closed file storage on-site at LFCS Main Office.
- Attend all STL office specific and Parenting Program and take minutes at program meetings.
- Manage mail and dissemination. Assist staff with workshop registrations and coordinate travel as needed.
- Prepare accurate high quality correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, memos, forms, agendas, presentations, e-mails, meeting minutes, invitations and any other needed materials. Proofread for accuracy and completeness and ensure conformity to establish formats.
- Other duties as assigned.
