Seaside Mulch manufactures and packages mulch and soil products. For over 26 years, we have been a leader in lawn and garden products. The Seaside Mulch brand is available in box stores, and Seaside Mulch is known for its quality products and innovation.

Seaside Mulch is hiring an administrative assistant/scale house attendant to perform the following tasks:

• data entry
• weigh trucks in/out
• document trucks and vendors entering and leaving facility
• use radio to call operators to load and unload trucks
• check accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments
• support company leadership
• answer phone
• communicate with drivers and vendors
• schedule deliveries with customers
• assist with accounting, receiving, inventory and purchasing
• create and maintain spreadsheets and files

Qualifications/Skills:

• computer skills - strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office; Quick Books experience a plus
• attention to detail
• accuracy
• organization, prioritization, time management
• dependable
• work independently
• understand, follow and enforce safety policies
• must be able to lift 50 lbs
• must be able to climb stairs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
