Come and explore our Administrative Associate III and IV positions for Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness at Texas A&M University. We need you to bring your welcoming approach and positive outlook to provide front desk and other administrative support and outstanding customer service. We need your business related administrative support for processing business receipts, paying invoices and reconciling card purchases. You will be the positive personal touch for our internal HROE team and visiting customers and bring organizational skills and reliability to the position. Special care and attention is taken to ensure the right development opportunities are planned to advance your career within HROE and Texas A&M University. This is the start of your administrative career in Human Resources!
Opportunities to contribute:
You will provide excellent administrative and business support for Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness
General administrative support tasks, including planning and coordinating programs and events
Qualifications:
Administrative Associate III requirements:
High School graduation or any equivalent combination for education and experience
Three years of related experience in general office/business work
Administrative Associate IV requirements:
High School graduation or any equivalent combination of education and experience
Four years of related experience in general office/business work
The well qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of general office/business work including customer service and some supervisory experience.
