Wesley Towers is a vibrant senior community located in a quiet neighborhood in northwest Hutchinson, KS. We’re looking for an enthusiastic leader in nursing to work closely with direct care staff, both licensed and certified, to provide extraordinary care and services for our residents. The ideal candidate for this position would be a licensed nurse with previous experience in a nursing leadership position, a strong ability to work with a team, and an in-depth knowledge of the senior care industry.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision and support of licensed and certified direct care staff
• Act as a resource for clinical documentation and assessments
• Oversee implementation of physician’s orders and clinical interventions
• Monitor staff compliance with clinical standards of practice and company policies

Qualifications:

• Licensed nurse required with valid Kansas license
• Registered nurse preferred
• Experience in adult care and services preferred
• Previous clinical supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with a team

Pay: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
