General Equipment & Supply, a national leader in remanufactured tools and equipment for the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant. This position plays a large part in our success! The successful candidate will:

*provide a high level of administrative support and assistance to the Corporate team.

*perform tasks such as greeting guests, answering the phone, managing mail, filing, making travel arrangements and maintaining national accounts (hotel and car rental).

*support our Accounting and Human Resources teams with various assigned and special projects including scheduling meetings

*be professional with a passion for detail.

*communicate well, both written and verbally.

*excel in a busy environment and prioritize assignments.

*work in a collaborative environment, as well as independently

*Have excellent computer skills (proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point). Experience in Quick Books is a plus!
