We are looking for an Internal Compliance Training Coordinator to develop and execute compliance training programs for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating training materials, coordinating training sessions, and tracking employee compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and quizzes
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions with various departments and managers
  • Track employee KPIs related to compliance areas
  • Communicate with department heads to ensure compliance training needs are being met
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters
  • Conduct periodic assessments of training programs to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in compliance training or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and industry standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training software
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders

Position Information:

  • Status: Full-Time
  • Work Shift: Monday-Friday (8:00am to 4:30pm)
  • Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
