Job description
Stier Supply Company is seeking a detail-oriented, well-organized, and excellent multi-tasker for the Warranty Support Administrator position. You must be a self-starter and understand deadlines, and possess good phone and excellent people skills. Knowledge of construction terminology is HELPFUL, but not required.
Purpose: Coordinates the customer service warranties and other field service requests for all areas & all builders.
The following duties are required for this position:
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments for Warranty and other field service requests with Customers (builder or homeowner) and Field Managers
- Ensures calls are scheduled and completed in a timely manner to prevent any penalties that could be assessed by builders
- Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with home owners and builders
- ill in for Warranty Administrator when necessary
- Maintain positive feedback from both Customers and Field Managers
The role of the Customer Service Representative is considered a key position in the Installation Division and requires proficiency with the following skills and/or knowledge:
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills ? both written and verbal; strong phone skills
- Ability to follow directions yet work with minimal supervision
