Location: On Site in Franklin, TN - Salary: $80k + Bonus
SCHEDULE:
- 5 days a week 8 hours a day based on business need (Subject To Change)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Qualifies leads by gathering clinical and insurance data to ensure appropriateness
- Serves as brand ambassador to potential patients by promoting program, highlighting key features, and conducting tours of the facility, as appropriate
- Verifies insurance benefits and completes net pricing information to present to patients
- Works aggressively to close leads in a timely fashion to improve census
- Ensures out of pocket expenses are collected at time of admission or that acceptable promissory notes have been signed
- Completes initial paperwork with admissions
- Communicates all admission information to appropriate staff
- Works with Administrator and, as appropriate, Director of Business Development to generate quarterly Strategic Marketing Plan for the facility
- Tracks all leads and pre-admission information in CRM tool
- Compiles marketing and admissions data in accordance with facility reporting guidelines
- Serves as “Admissions On Call” as assigned by supervisor
- Travel required when necessary
- Must be able to pay for travel expenses with a personal credit card prior to travel, with reimbursement to follow
- All other duties as assigned by Supervisor
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Healthcare Role
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an outside sales or outside marketing role
- Excellent closing skills and ability to multi-task and overcome objections
- Strong work ethic, critical thinker, problem solver, grit, and constantly upping The Bar
- Highly motivated and willing to work for commission
- Must be committed to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use
- Personal passion or interest in substance abuse issues strongly preferred
