The Admissions Coordinator has the opportunity to develop relationships and serve people on a daily basis while assisting with families and potential residents/patients with their admission to the facility.
Qualified candidates will be passionate about customer service, friendly, high-energy, detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task. They will possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image. Strong computer skills are a plus! Ideal candidate would be Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse or Case Manager with good clinical skills

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate resident referrals and make admissions decisions.
- Review clinical charateristics and collaborate with Nursing and Social Service to determine correct placement.
- Provide information and advice to prospective residents about the admissions process.
- Maintain accurate records of resident applications and admissions decisions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all admissions requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and community based referral partners to maintain referral pipeline.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
