Title: Admitting Representative I FT Days with call ($15.45 - $31.00) PRN ($19.55)
Job Summary
- Understand who our customers are and what our customers expect of us.
- Be the first to respond to any customer request or need.
- Support other members of the work team in meeting customer needs.
- Be accountable for the technical and behavioral competencies of the job.
- Admits patients in a friendly, timely, accurate manner. Verifies insurance coverage and obtain required authorizations.

Education
High School graduate or equivalent required. Post Secondary Education preferred.
Experience
- Must be computer literate and have experience with word processing & typing.
- Experience and use of medical terminology and/or documented Anatomy and Physiology course with-in last five years or must complete a Medical Terminology course through Net Learning within 90 days of employment.
- Clerical, cashier, telephone and customer service experience preferred.
- Insurance background and 10-key experience preferred.
