Denver International Airport is currently looking for an Airport Commercial Manager – Parking Operations, to join our Parking and Commercial Transportation Department. In this role you will manage the day to day operations of the Parking Systems here at DEN. This includes revenues generated from Employee Parking, overseeing the Parking Landside Operations Team as well as the Lost and Found Department. This role will report to the Director of Parking and Ground Transportations Systems and will work in tandem with two (2) Senior Airport Commercial Administrators to oversee all Parking Operations here at DEN.
As the Airport Commercial Manager – Parking Operations, you can expect to:
- Oversee the Parking Landside Team of five (5) supervisors, twelve (12) Landside Service Agents and two Administrative Assistants
- Oversee the Employee Parking and Lost and Found Departments of Landside Operations
- Assist in the management the day-to-day operations of all things Parking
- Maintain relationships and the ability to resolve complex issues of a diverse group of external and internal stakeholders
- Administer processes and manage contracts and expenditures and revenues associated with Parking Operations, Landside Towing Operations and Lost and Found
- Interprets, applies, and explains regulations, policies, standards, and/or procedures to internal/external customers based on extensive knowledge of a specialized area within a defined scope
- Reviews and evaluates compliance based on extensive knowledge of a specialized area or legal requirements
- Evaluate policies and procedures and recommend and approve updates
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
Three (3) years of experience managing large complex 24/7 operations that includes working with internal team members as well as managing vendors.- Strong skills at administering contracts and work plans and strategies to meet business needs
- Ability to perform complex financial and operational analysis
- Ability to influence and negotiate with others to persuade and change behaviors as well as find mutually beneficial solutions
- Strong leadership ability
- Parking experience preferred and CAPP or CPP a plus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience Requirement: Three (3) years of full performance level professional experience in the subject area.
Education/Experience Equivalency: One (1) year of the appropriate type and level of experience may be substituted for each required year of post-high school education.

FBI Background Check: FBI criminal background check is required for all positions at Denver International Airport (DEN). Employees are also required to report any felony convictions and/or moving violations to maintain this clearance and be eligible for continued employment. By position, a pre-employment physical/drug test may be required.
Snow / Emergency Duties: Denver International Airport is a 24/7/365 team operation. If weather conditions warrant or an emergency crisis occurs, all DEN employees can be required to work extended hours and/or shifts.
