What you will do

  • Provides analysis and research support for the DCSA DoD Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC)
  • Prepares assessments through research and analysis of classified and open-source information
  • Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations
  • Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes
  • The analyst will be assigned cases by partner components and write assessments in accordance with Intelligence Community Directives 203 (Analytic Standards), 205 (Outreach), 206 (Sourcing), and 208 (Writing for Maximum Utility), template, and SOP standards as appropriate
  • Analyzing All Source Intelligence information to produce assessments, reports, articles, threat analyses, special studies etc., responsive to user needs, and complying with suspense dates for draft and final products
  • Assists in the preparation and production of risk warning and situational awareness reports
  • Aggregates, analyzes, and evaluates all available government and open-source information
  • Extracts and organizes statistical data for quantitative and qualitative metrics reports, summaries, case studies and trend reports
  • Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for

  • 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
  • Experience conducting all source, counterintelligence, or investigative research, analysis, and/or fusion support
  • Ability to exercise judgement when requirements are not well defined
  • Ability to evaluate information for reliability, validity, and relevance
  • Ability to function in a collaborative environment, seeking continuous consultation with other analysis and experts
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance

Bonus points for...

  • Experience with investigations, OSINT, PAEI/PAI, counterintelligence, and/or case management highly desired

Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
