Position Description
Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies.
Major/Essential Functions
- Quality control Facilities Inventory, GIS Mapping systems, internal enterprise data systems, TTU Internal Space Model Reports, space performance metrics, and other key indicators.
- Define, analyze, and report on analytics and resources for a variety of projects for quality control.
- Collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and input data for facilities inventory to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Ability to apply numerical and analytical skills necessary for the analysis and evaluation of data in real time.
- Must be able to think critically (out of the box) and be able to pay complete attention to details. Ability to make independent judgements and decisions based on established guidelines and job experience.
- Communicates with other departments to prepare for existing site surveys, new construction surveys and space use surveys to verify coding, measurements, and physical building information.
Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using GIS/GPS Software, and web-based facilities inventory system. Computer literate - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SQL Database, SQL Reporting Services.
- Previous experience in implementation of AutoCAD software and GIS systems.
