We’re looking for Planning Analysts to join our growing team!

We need strategic thinkers, who have the outstanding capacity to use their analytical skills to make effective product assortment decisions based on consumer shopping behaviors and product trends.

You’ll do all of this and more, while learning a lot and having a great time with your teammates!

Some of what you’ll learn and do:

• Develop a comprehensive analysis of different product categories
• Create and execute awesomely successful planograms in the retail stores (Don’t know what a planogram is? Don’t worry. We’ll teach you!)
• Collaborating with other teams with the goal of being successful together!
• You’ll learn about consumer insights and how you can use them, along with market data, to meet your goals

All we require is someone who:

• Is curious about what drives consumer behavior and why stores are set up the way they are
• Is comfortable with Microsoft Office programs
• Can see themselves working in an analytical field
• Has exceptional communication and time management skills
• Preferably, has prior experience in a retail/customer service setting

Remember, we will train you on anything you do not know. Just have a desire to learn and succeed and we’ll help you with the rest!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
