Quotient is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity, value inclusion, and foster belonging within our teams. We strongly encourage individuals of all backgrounds, race, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, religion, marital and parental status, medical conditions, citizenship, and individuals with different and special abilities to apply. If you need reasonable accommodations throughout the recruitment process, please let us know.

As Analytic Product Manager, you'll be driving the strategy and execution of internal and external analytics and measurement of Quotient Technology’s direct-to-consumer Shopmium brand. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations to ensure that Shopmium’s mobile and web products are meeting customer and market needs.

This is a hands-on role and an opportunity to drive growth in a relevant, rapidly-innovating market space. We are looking for a smart, tech-savvy team player who can help bring our vision of consumer savings experiences to life. The work is fast-paced, exhilarating, and very rewarding. We expect a passionate and collaborative individual that can articulate a vision, develop a business case, create requirements, and drive cross-functional teams to deliver quality products into the market.

What You'll Do:

  • Help support new feature development by assessing critical KPIs, defining test and measurement strategies, and ensure relevant reporting is available to assess performance. You’ll lead data product development from concept to in-market for your projects. You’ll work closely with UX and UI design resources as well as engineering to build solutions that meet your requirements.
  • Develop standardized templates / data integration to deliver performance reporting to clients purchasing incremental Shopmium media.
  • Collaborate on new strategies to measure client-level sales impact.
  • Lead core KPI measurement and reporting, including maintaining dashboard views for senior leadership.
  • Think creatively about how to solve market problems.
  • You will be an evangelist for Measurement within Quotient and the market. Along with your partners in the product and marketing teams, you are the expert who knows our consumer business better than anyone in the company.
  • Hands-On. This role requires tactical involvement, with opportunity to grow, for the right product leader.
  • Lead analytic thought about your portfolio of projects, both quantitatively and qualitatively. Be relentless in seeking and soaking up market information from consumers and clients.
  • Define and measure success metrics to identify and prioritize to improve results.

What You'll Bring:

  • BS in Product Management, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or related areas
  • 3-5 years experience in app performance measurement
  • 3+ years experience in e-commerce, digital promotions, or relevant industry
  • Ability to drive business models and strategy
  • Proven track record of successful product and feature development with high business impact
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, prioritize and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
  • Passion for excellent consumer experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You work with integrity and credibility. You are motivated by working collaboratively with great people and challenging projects that add value to people’s daily lives.
In Colorado, California, Washington, and New York City, the annual base salary range for this role is $85K-$95k. The hired applicant will be eligible for an annual bonus and will receive an equity grant in the form of either a direct grant of stock that will be specified in the employment agreement or an option to purchase stock in the future for a specified price.

Quotient offers a competitive benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance, 401k with employer matching, employee stock purchase plan, flexible time off, 12 paid holidays, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, EAP, Headspace, wellness funds, childcare assistance, six weeks parental leave, and four weeks flexible leave following parental leave.
