Analytics Lead, Customer Supply Chain Solutions<

BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY:<

Through analysis of MSCs robust solutions data as well as in-depth customer interviews, the Analytics Lead, Customer Solutions will develop insights to improve customer behavior, capability adoption and value realization for existing Solutions Customer. These insights will also support our Solutions Program Owners and Product Managers in driving measurable improvements in customer experience and retention.<

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: *

Completes data discovery, analysis, and information delivery in support of ControlPoint strategy development * Enables quantification and visibility of ControlPoint performance, inventory composition and end user behaviors * Identifies business needs, ControlPoint infrastructure deficiencies and advises on ways to be more efficient * Helps define development requirements for ControlPoint services, capabilities, features and functionality * Develop actionable insights using advanced analytical tools leading to improved penetration and retention strategies. * Design / develop transactional and non-transactional analytical data models to provide insights on existing solutions and to proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality and applicability. * Liaison with Data Science Team (Enterprise Data Analytics POD) * Data Analysis: a. Revenue = Breakout by Product Category, SKU, Customer Industry Class, Frame Type, Implementation Size, etc. b. Inventory Composition = Breakout by Product Category, SKU, On Hand Value & Quantity, Replenish Frequency, Stockout Incident Rate, etc. c. Transactions = User personas, feature utilization, breakout by operation type, day, time, etc. d. Ratios = On Hand Value to Users, Total SKUs to Revenue, Feature Usage to Revenue, Range of Inventory Turns, etc. * Develop behavioral profiles for solution customers by identifying / defining: a. Behavior of existing and potential customer profiles (spend, opportunity, categories) b. Understanding, predicting, and mitigating cancellation conditions c. Barriers to full program embracement – connectivity & access, spend expectations, category or functional exclusions d. Methods for expanding customer use of solution functionalities / capabilities * Identify traits of existing solution customers (industry, size (number of employees), location, current MSC support levels and frequencies. * Executes on initiatives that lead to better understanding of customer experience and identifying opportunity areas to improve customer service and value realization Approved—D. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:<

? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain or Engineering or related experience is required. ? Minimum of two – five years of experience in working with technical, business and design teams is required. ? In-depth understanding of inventory management solutions offerings and the industrial distribution landscape required.

SKILLS:
Ability to toggle between strategic and detail-oriented thinking. Advanced critical thinking, analysis, problem solving and synthesis skills. Very strong analytical and data visualization skills. Superior communication and presentation skills required Excellent time management and organizational skills required ? Skilled in planning, organizing and project management Self-driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team<
